- Be more active - I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle. Like so many of us these days I work sitting at a computer for nearly eight hours a day.
- Build core strength / Improve posture - I think as a result of working at a desk, my posture has suffered.
- Master the Teaser Pose
- Build upper body strength / tone arms - I have never had it and always wanted it.
- Lose weight - Ideally I would like to lose 80 lbs.
- Master the Side Plank Pose
