Goals

These are my goals for practicing Pilates:
  • Be more active - I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle. Like so many of us these days I work sitting at a computer for nearly eight hours a day.
  • Build core strength / Improve posture - I think as a result of working at a desk, my posture has suffered.
  • Master the Teaser Pose
  • Build upper body strength / tone arms - I have never had it and always wanted it.
  • Lose weight - Ideally I would like to lose 80 lbs.
  • Master the Side Plank Pose
